In 2001 Richard Maguire became not only a resident, but also a business owner in Warren County. He is the Owner / Manager of Warren Hills Memorial Home in Washington. From the time of purchase he has diligently worked to restore the building, which was built in 1906, and the grounds of the funeral home to its original state. Over the years the residents of Washington have seen the funeral home go from a state of disarray to the beauty it is now. His efforts have been recognized by the Warren County Garden Club, being a two-time recipient of the Warren County Beautification Award.
